How can I book tickets?
Tickets can be booked online, over the phone (01943 660007), or in person at the cinema bar.How do I purchase tickets online?

No. You can checkout as a guest. However, an account allows faster booking in future and automatically enrolls you into the loyalty points scheme.I’m having difficulty booking online. What can I do?
You can call the box office on 01943 660007 or visit the cinema in person for assistance. Availability may also change due to cancellations.Is there a booking fee for online tickets?
Yes. A £0.70 per ticket booking fee applies to all online purchases. This can be avoided by booking in person or by phone.When are tickets released?
Film tickets are usually released every Wednesday between 5:00–6:00pm for screenings starting the following Friday. Arts Cinema Events are released around 2 months in advance.Can I change or refund my tickets?
Yes, but only if it is more than 24 hours before the screening. Within 24 hours, changes or refunds are not possible.What are the different ticket types?
Adult: 19+ Child: 2–12 Teen: 13–18 Student: valid student ID required Concession: 65+ Family: 2 adults + 2 children All guests may be asked to show ID. Under 11s attending 12A films must be accompanied by an adult.What happens if I book a single seat?
Any seat type can be booked for one person, including sofas.Why was I charged a booking fee?
It covers the cost of providing the online booking system. -
How do I apply my loyalty discount online?
After selecting seats and logging in, you can apply your membership discount at checkout before payment.What are the benefits of the Loyalty Card?

Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, available in cinema or online (£15, £20, £30, £50 & £75). Online vouchers are sent by email.How do I redeem a gift voucher?
Online voucher codes can be used at checkout
Older card vouchers must be redeemed by phone or in person
Phone bookings require quoting the voucher codeWhat if I lose my gift voucher?
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced and are treated like cash.
How long are vouchers valid?

Do you serve food?
Yes. Hot food and drinks are available and can be delivered to your seat during trailers.When can I order hot food?
Up to 5 minutes before the film starts.
Can I bring my own food or drink?
No outside food or drink is allowed, including alcohol.Can I eat inside the auditorium?
Yes. All cinema-purchased food and drinks can be consumed in the auditorium.Do you cater for allergies?
Yes, gluten-free and nut-free options are available. However, cross-contamination cannot be fully guaranteed.When is the cut-off time for ordering before my screening?
Please note that hot food can only be ordered up until 5 minutes prior to the advertised commencement of the programme. This is to cause minimal disturbance during the film. -
What pre-film content is shown?
There are no adverts—only trailers, music videos, and short films.What are your opening hours?
The cinema opens 30 minutes before the first screening and closes after the final screening of the day. Phone lines are open during these hours.Do you show baby-friendly screenings?
Yes. Baby & Me screenings run monthly (first Tuesday morning) with softer sound and dim lighting.What is a Baby & Me screening?
A relaxed screening for parents with babies under 12 months, with reduced sound and lighting.Who can attend Kids Club screenings?
Adults must be accompanied by a child. -
