Online gift vouchers will be sent in the form of an e-voucher, to the email address that you provide at the point of purchase. Gift vouchers bought online will not be posted out to you. If you would like to buy separate gift vouchers as gifts for different people, we recommend buying them individually online or popping into the cinema and buying them at the bar.
Vouchers come in £10, £15, and £20 denominations, they can be spent on food and drink as well as tickets, and we will give change if the full value of the voucher hasn't been met.
Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Any gift vouchers that have exceeded their expiry date will not be accepted as payment.
We currently have two forms of gift vouchers in circulation at Ilkley Cinema. One that is a small card with the amount printed on it, with a hand-written expiry date on the reverse. The other is an email gift voucher with a code or a small receipt print out with a similar style of code on it, depending on whether it was purchased online or at the cinema itself.
If you have one of the small cards with a hand-written expiry date, and you would like to book tickets, then you will need to call us on 01943 660007, and we will reserve seats for you. Then if you bring along your gift vouchers on the day of the performance, you can pay for your tickets then. These cannot be redeemed online.
If you have one of our new gift vouchers with a code printed on it, these can now be used to buy tickets online or over the phone. With regards to online bookings, go through the booking process as normal and when you get to the payment page, there will be a section that reads “Redeem a Gift Voucher”, and you can type your code in there. The code will be in the style of V-123-ABC-XYZ.
If you book tickets over the phone, you will need to have the gift voucher to hand and quote the code to the member of staff when purchasing tickets over the phone.
The Loyalty Card is currently available at £60 for the year and includes the following:

Our Baby and Me screenings run in the morning of the first Tuesday of the month.
Ilkley Cinema is a completely smoke free environment throughout. This includes smoking in the cinema itself and on the balcony. The use of electronic cigarettes or any other artificial cigarettes or smoking devices are also prohibited.
We have a wide variety of seats at Ilkley Cinema, including single seats, double and three seater sofas. But all types of seating can be purchased for a single occupant, for example, half a sofa can be booked for one person, so you are not restricted to buying a ticket for just the single armchairs in the auditorium.

We ask that buggies and strollers are kept well clear of fire escape routes, please refer to a member of staff if you are unclear where to stow your pram. Please understand we are unable to allow entrance to customers without babies in attendance for these screenings.
All adults must be accompanied by a child when attending a Kids Club performance. For the avoidance of doubt "Adult" includes those purchasing an Adult, Senior or Student ticket.
For cinema tickets purchased online, a booking fee of £0.50 per ticket will be payable per transaction. This Booking Fee represents our charge for providing a convenient online booking service to our customers and is payable for all online bookings, irrespective of the method of payment. This can be avoided by purchasing tickets at the cinema itself or buying tickets over the phone.
