With regards to online bookings, go through the booking process as normal and when you get to the payment page, there will be a section that reads “Redeem a Gift Voucher”, and you can type your code in there. The code will be in the style of V-123-ABC-XYZ.

Yes we do! We run a Baby and Me screening designed for parents to bring along their babies to the cinema. This includes having your very own sofa, lower lighting and a softer volume of the film to make things as easy and comfortable as possible for you.

We have a wide variety of seats at Ilkley Cinema, including single seats, double and three seater sofas. But all types of seating can be purchased for a single occupant, for example, half a sofa can be booked for one person, so you are not restricted to buying a ticket for just the single armchairs in the auditorium.

What happens if I lose my Gift Voucher?

Unfortunately we are unable to replace any lost or stolen Gift Vouchers for the cinema. There is no way of tracing them, so it's really important that you keep them safe until you're ready to make a booking. Think of your Gift Voucher like cash.

What is a Baby and Me Showing?

Baby and me  is a monthly screening event that enables anyone with a child under 12 months to attend. We show a film with softened sound and dim lighting throughout for the comfort of the baby.  We ask that buggies and strollers are kept well clear of fire escape routes, please refer to a member of staff if you are unclear where to stow your pram. Please understand we are unable to allow entrance to customers without babies in attendance for these screenings.

Why have I been charged a booking fee for purchasing tickets online?

For cinema tickets purchased online, a booking fee of £0.70 per ticket will be payable per transaction.
