We want to assure you that the safety and well-being of our customers and our staff is our top priority. Here is a rundown of our efforts to keep you safe when you return to your Cinema:

Tickets

We encourage booking tickets online via our website before you visit so we can avoid any unnecessary queuing. 

Cashless Payments
We are strongly encouraging contactless card and mobile payments to keep contact to a minimum.

Food & Drink
We’ll be introducing a new service style and will continue to bring your orders to your seat to avoid unnecessary queuing.

Seating & Social Distancing 
We are strongly encouraging the practice of social distancing and have implemented that into our theatre seating plan.

Cleanliness
We have doubled our cleaning efforts to keep the cinema to its usual high standard. Our bathrooms will be stocked with our usual soaps and we’ll have sanitiser available on entry so please do keep on washing those hands.

If you have any questions our front of house team are fully trained in the current safety standards and will be ready to answer any questions you may have.
