Do you cater for gluten-free/nut-allergy?

We have several gluten-free and nut-free options on our menu. However, although we take every precaution to avoid cross contamination, all dishes are made and prepared in an environment where gluten and nuts are present so we cannot guarantee your food will not come into contact with allergens. For severe allergies we suggest a "better safe than sorry" approach! Any member of staff will be happy to provide detailed allergen information.

Do we have on site parking facilities?

Unfortunately, we don't have any onsite parking at the cinema. There is parking in the main car park in Ilkley (South Hawksworth Street Car Park: LS29 9DX). You could also park on the nearby streets and there is a small free car park opposite Booths supermarket.

Additionally, we offer a regular subtitled screening every second Wednesday of the month.

Do you have any baby friendly screenings?

Yes we do! We run a Baby and Me screening designed for parents to bring along their babies to the cinema. This includes having your very own sofa, lower lighting and a softer volume of the film to make things as easy and comfortable as possible for you.

Our Baby and Me screenings run in the morning of the first Tuesday of the month.

What are you smoking policies at the cinema?

Ilkley Cinema is a completely smoke free environment throughout. This includes smoking in the cinema itself and on the balcony. The use of electronic cigarettes or any other artificial cigarettes or smoking devices are also prohibited.

How do I book a single seat?

We have a wide variety of seats at Ilkley Cinema, including single seats, double and three seater sofas.
If you are purchasing a single ticket, our online booking system will only allow you to select a single seat and will not let you split sofas.

However, our staff can override this on the back office, so you are able to book any seat if you book tickets over the phone or in person at the cinema bar.

What happens if I lose my Gift Voucher?

Unfortunately we are unable to replace any lost or stolen Gift Vouchers for the cinema. There is no way of tracing them, so it's really important that you keep them safe until you're ready to make a booking. Think of your Gift Voucher like cash.
